Local dry cured back bacon, traditional pork sausage, oven baked vine tomato, portobello mushrrom, black pudding, fried egg and toast (cooked to order)
Free range eggs with flaked smoked haddock and topped with cheddar cheese
with Cos lettuce, soft boiled egg, marinated anchovies, local crispy bacon, parmesan cheese and croutons, dressed in our Caesar dressing
Served in a toasted brioche bun with local bacon, melted cheese, crisp cos lettuce, vine tomato and avocado with chunky chips and a mustard mayonnaise on the side.
