Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings:

Bookings are subject to availability and may require a deposit. (all deposits are non-refundable)
We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings.
Please arrive on time for your booking.
If you are going to be late to your booking, please inform us at the earliest opportunity. We operate a 15 minute grace period. After this time we reserve the right to cancel your booking and reallocate your table.
All table bookings are given a strict time limit, check your email confirmation.
For large group bookings, please contact us directly to discuss specific requirements and availability.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee window tables or specific areas when taking bookings, but we will always do our best to accommodate your requests
Gifts that have been added to your booking will be on your table when you arrive.

2. Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or modify a booking, please click the link in your email or contact us, this must be done a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable.
In limited special circumstances deposits can be put on hold to be used in the future. This is at the companies discretion.
For special events: No shows will require payment to be made in full. If a member of your party fails to turn up on the day full payment will be required.
Persistent violations of our policies may result in the suspension of booking privileges.

3. Dietary Requirements:

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
We will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in all dishes.

4. Dress Code:

We maintain a casual dress code.

5. Payment:

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cash or gift cards.
Deposits paid will be automatically removed from your bill.
A 10% service charge will be added to the bill, this is optional and can be removed.

6. Liability:

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises.

7. Venue Terms:

Woodlands Garden Centre and the Twig and Spoon are a no smoking or vaping environment.
Dogs are not permitted in the garden centre or restaurant.

8. Data Privacy:

We may collect and process your personal information to fulfill your booking and provide you with our services.
We will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
